The program is centered around one day of fasting on the special day of Ekadashi, when your body is most ready for cleansing. This is enough time to activate the body’s natural renewal processes. These 36 hours of mindful detox can become a powerful step toward improving your overall well-being.

2 days of access to the materials

You will receive full access to all program materials for two days. This includes detailed preparation guidelines, a set of special practices for the fasting day, and clear instructions on how to break the fast properly. Contraindications for the 1-Day Detox

 

Although a one-day detox is considered a fairly gentle cleansing practice, there are certain conditions in which fasting should be avoided. Your safety is our top priority, so please review the contraindications carefully.

This program is not suitable if you have:
