“Kundalini Power”
Bali is the “Island of Gods and Spirits,” deeply infused with faith in the unconditional connection of every being in the Universe. Here, the energy of calm, balance, and unity of all living things is everywhere. When you arrive, you naturally absorb this atmosphere — and begin to sense the world, and yourself within it, in a new way. Wild nature and sweet air filled with the scents of incense and offerings create a living mystery — and anyone who can pause and take a breath becomes part of it…
From that breath begins a journey that will open the doors to many temples, sacred places, ceremonies, spiritual practices — and to your inner strength: the power of kundalini. All of it will nourish you with energy, health, and balance, creating a space of harmony and deep fullness.
We will practice effective and safe methods of working with kundalini: yoga, pranayama, meditation, sound therapy, and mantra chanting. To cleanse the inner energy channels through which kundalini rises, we will take part in traditional Balinese ceremonies and experience a purification water ritual at one of Bali’s most sacred springs. We will welcome sunrise on a volcano, visit several waterfalls, and still have time to relax on the beach and feel the ocean’s energy.

When the weather gets too hot, we’ll head to different waterfalls — take beautiful photos and feel the strength of the water.
Visit Bali’s largest waterfall — Sekumpul.
Attend a meditative session with singing bowls at one of Ubud’s most authentic places — The Yoga Barn. We will also hold group meditations in active temples.

Let’s build a path to the best version of yourself together. We adapt classes and practices to each participant’s level of experience so you can practice comfortably throughout our spiritual journeys.

Hatha yoga is the foundation — the “classic” form of yoga from which the wide variety of modern styles has grown. In our retreat, hatha yoga is suitable for practitioners of different levels. We always adapt our sessions to the level, needs, and specifics of each group. For practice, bring comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict movement and won’t feel too hot.

Pranayama is a set of breathing techniques that helps strengthen the connection between the subtle and the physical — the body and inner energy. When you become aware of how you breathe, you develop the skill of “being in the moment.” We’ll give you clear breathing tools and continue refining them throughout the retreat.

Yoga nidra is a practice of deep immersion into the subconscious through relaxation and visualization. By entering this state, you can improve your wellbeing and overall health. It’s often said that yoga nidra can replace four hours of sleep, so we’ll practice it in the evening before bedtime to enhance sleep quality.

Yin yoga is a deeply relaxing practice focused on the connective tissues and deeper layers of the body, weaving together awareness and physical sensation. We’ll practice yin yoga on free days — a journey inward instead of a journey around the island, yet just as fascinating and revealing, as you explore your inner world through the body and its potential.

Meditation is a tool for working with the mind that helps raise your level of awareness. Through concentration, calmness, and inner balance, we become less vulnerable to stress. We’ll meditate every day throughout the retreat, and several sessions will take place in sacred, spiritually rich locations in Bali — so you can feel their unique energy and power.

We’ll actively use different aromas and essential oils during all retreat practices — yoga and meditation. We’ll also do aroma diagnostics, where you can choose supportive scents that help you work with your deepest personal intentions.

Nail standing activates inner energies through the chakras. The physical stimulation of the feet supports activation of the root chakra (Muladhara), which is important for raising kundalini.

The vibrational frequencies of gongs and Tibetan singing bowls will replenish your energy and stimulate kundalini. The depth of the sound moves through the body into your inner world and helps harmonize it.

Chanting mantras purifies our energy and helps us access deeper states of consciousness and self-reflection. Singing also helps release inner blocks that may be holding back growth. If you want, I can also make a shorter “card version” of Roman/Olya bios (2–3 lines each) for a slider, so it won’t look heavy on the page.
“Inner Equilibrium & Balance”

Rooms in the retreat centers and resorts are designed for two guests. Some rooms have two separate beds, while others have one large bed. Depending on whether you’re traveling with someone or on your own, we’ll offer the most suitable option. If you need a roommate match, we take into account gender, interests, and age to make sure you feel comfortable together.
All resorts have a beautiful yoga hall — some with a view of the jungle, others overlooking a river. Each yoga shala is well ventilated and provides yoga mats and other essential props for practice.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Just two simple steps and you’re off on a spiritual journey with us, full of wonderful experiences, vivid emotions and spiritual fulfilment! Here’s what you need to do:
1. Submit your application
2. Pay the deposit
Once we’ve received your application to join the retreat, we’ll confirm whether there are any places available.
Deposit system:
First payment: €500 upon booking, which secures your place on the retreat
Second payment: €1,000 three months before the retreat begins
The remaining balance is payable on the first day of the retreat.
The deposit serves as confirmation of your booking. The deposit is non-refundable, as we reserve a place for you in the group and turn away other applicants. However, we may be able to refund the deposit if we find another participant to take your place. In the event of border closures or flight cancellations, the deposit will be refunded (minus any bank transfer fees, if applicable).
Before making the deposit, we recommend that you read the Disclaimer and the Offer Agreement to understand the extent of your responsibility during the trip and your activities with us, as well as the Club’s liability.
It’s important for us to create a warm, comfortable group atmosphere. That’s why we do a предварительный selection of participants already at the deposit stage. Usually, through messaging and discussing the details, it becomes clear whether our values and interests align. Thanks to this approach, some participants stay in touch even after the retreat.
Each retreat participant confirms they are ready for early mornings, group spiritual practices, time on the road during island trips, the local climate/heat, and other practical aspects.
We also clarify in advance that our retreats are not for those who come mainly to drink alcohol in nightlife venues or who are not willing to follow a healthy sleep–wake routine.
We send each retreat participant a recommended packing list of items to bring to Bali.
Yes, of course — we’ll guide you on where and how to find the best ticket options!
We truly welcome the idea of children being inspired by their parents’ spiritual path. However, our Bali retreats have an age requirement: participants must be 18+.
If you’d like to travel to Bali with your child, we can recommend a well‑run kids’ camp on the island with qualified teachers, where you can leave your child during the retreat. Retreat participants also receive special discounts at the kids’ camp.
