The morning hours are the best time for taking in new information and for meditation, which is why we have two videos every morning: one explaining the meditation technique and another featuring a guided meditation session. The duration of these sessions gradually increases, allowing you to delve, step by step, into more subtle states of consciousness:

A short evening concentration practice with singing bowls and gongs also helps strengthen your ability to stay with an object of concentration—improving the quality of immersion in the main morning meditation practice.
