Thailand is rightly considered one of the most beautiful countries in Asia. It has carefully preserved its Buddhist spiritual heritage, brought to people by Buddha Shakyamuni more than 2,500 years ago. Buddhism is woven so deeply into Thai culture that the country still counts years from the Buddha’s birth—so every time you visit, it feels like you’ve stepped into the future.
We invite you to join our yoga retreat in Thailand. We will visit several of the most beautiful nature reserves, with breathtaking tropical vegetation and rare wildlife, to immerse ourselves in the silence and balance of nature—still largely untouched by human hands—and to feel the deep благость of this place on our planet.
To experience the purity of Thailand’s energies more deeply, everywhere we go we will practice yoga and meditation, and we will regularly perform the “Five Elements Cleansing” ritual.
If you are interested in self-discovery, spiritual growth, and a meaningful retreat that benefits both mind and body—come with us to Thailand.

“Fresh air, clear sky, warm sea, kind and open people – all this is the beauty of life”
Our retreat is not just yoga on the beach. It is a deep immersion into ancient purification and transformation practices that work on every level of your being.
The key feature is a daily practice of Bhuta Shuddhi (Five Elements Cleansing)—a powerful Vedic technique that works with the fundamental basis of your physical and energetic body.
Many health issues and inner imbalances arise from disharmony among the five elements within us. Bhuta Shuddhi restores their natural balance.
We take a holistic approach: we combine ancient yogic techniques with a modern understanding of how the body and psyche function.
This is not mass tourism—it is an individual approach to each participant. We adapt the practices to your level and needs, and help you understand yourself more deeply through ancient wisdom.
It’s a chance not only to relax, but to truly transform: to cleanse the body of accumulated toxins, clear the mind of unnecessary thoughts, and fill the soul with fresh energy.

For all those who are tired of noisy cities

Beginners and advanced practitioners
Let’s build a path to the best version of ourselves together. We tailor classes and practices to the fitness level of each of our spiritual journeys so that you feel comfortable practicing.

Every one of us has a chance to know the Universe and the essence of existence through working with our body and consciousness. I am constantly learning from different teachers all over the world and passing the flow of their knowledge, experience and energies through me, I pass my experience on to make my contribution to the development of this Universe.

Yoga is my path of development, along the way I take different bags (aromatherapy, sound therapy, nutritional therapy), gradually filling my path with deeper meanings. I am insanely excited to move forward on my path with all my baggage and meet other bright souls who are going where I am going.

Yoga will be our daily practice, because working with the body—while strengthening the connection between body and mind—helps you fully relax and release inner tension.

Each morning we will perform the Bhuta Shuddhi ritual—cleansing of the five primordial elements. This practice includes mantras, pranayama, and other yogic techniques that accelerate purification processes on the level of subtle energies.

The vibrational frequencies of gongs and Tibetan singing bowls will help us recover after full, active days and restore our strength. The depth of their sound moves through the body, reaching our inner world and harmonizing it.

Thailand offers many secluded places—by the sea, in the forest, and in the mountains—creating ideal conditions for deep meditation practices and immersion in your inner world.

The power of essential-oil aromas will support the Five Elements cleansing process within the body’s systems and deepen the experience of the spiritual practices we will be doing.

Each morning we will do cleansing breathing practices to initiate deeper purification processes and to fill the body with the freshness of nature and renewed energy.

Through spiritual talks, you will gain a clearer understanding of Vedic psychology—the wisdom of our ancestors preserved in various Vedic sources—and how it can be applied in modern life.

Thai massage is one of the best tools for supporting lymphatic cleansing. And there are no better massage masters than in Thailand. We will definitely make time to enjoy this experience—both beneficial and deeply pleasant.

Movement is life—something proven by many studies. We will walk a lot, breathe fresh air, swim, hike up mountains, and visit waterfalls. All of this will fill you with far more strength and energy than simply resting on a beach lounger. Give it a try.
“Purification of the 5 Elements”

In the morning, we hold our final practices on Koh Samui and then head to Khao Sok National Park—one of the oldest tropical rainforests on the planet. We settle into authentic forest bungalows on the riverbank.
Surrounded by wild nature, we do cleansing yoga practices, explore the reserve’s unique ecosystem, and set out on a canoe journey along its waterways in search of rare birds and animals. We complete this part of the retreat with meditations in special places of power, where the energy of nature deepens the inner experience.
On the morning of 14 March, we hold our final jungle practices and then transfer to Koh Tao.

We stay at comfortable 4-star beachfront resorts with stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand. We hold our final yoga and meditation sessions, along with the “Five Elements Cleansing” ritual, on one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
We explore Koh Tao, enjoy crystal-clear beaches, and swim in the warm waters of the gulf. In the evenings, our spiritual talks help us reflect on and integrate the experience of this transformational journey.
16 March is our last morning of practice by the sea, followed by a farewell to the retreat participants—who by then have become one family. Everyone returns home with new insights and a fresh surge of energy.
A luxurious two-story villa with panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand will be your home and place of rest during the yoga retreat. This spacious villa features 7 comfortable rooms and is designed for a small group of like-minded people, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere.
The first floor, with two rooms, provides easy access to the common areas and the pool. The second floor, with five rooms, offers more privacy—here you’ll find both rooms with breathtaking ocean views and cozy rooms overlooking a tropical garden and the surrounding mountains.
The spacious shared areas and terraces naturally extend our group practices—an ideal space to share impressions and deepen your understanding of the journey you’ve been through.

This is our fourth visit to Thailand, and each time it’s a completely different experience. Every day here reveals something new—something that’s hard to put into words, but which you feel deep down inside.

It took me longer than I’d planned to get to this retreat. But once I arrived, I realised it had all happened at just the right time. I wouldn’t have been able to take in everything they offer here before. My journey leading up to the retreat was a preparation, and Roma and Olya brought it to a close.

It’s the last day of the retreat – and I’m already missing it. I came here to escape the daily grind and see life in a different light. That’s exactly what I got – and even more. A peaceful atmosphere, space for reflection, and a reminder of what really matters.

I’m so glad there are people like Roman and Olga in the world. Roman accepts everyone just as they are — that’s a rare quality and incredibly valuable. They genuinely share their knowledge and help you grow spiritually. I’m simply grateful for everything.

I went there for a leg of pork and a beer — and ended up with yoga, spiritual discussions and a whole arsenal of tools for expanding my consciousness. Sound unexpected? It certainly is. But that’s exactly what makes this retreat on Samui so special. It was an emotional rollercoaster, and the feelings are still with me today.

Olya and Roma - well done! I felt at home! Not once did I regret coming here. Thailand welcomed me beautifully. I thought that such beauty is only possible on Photoshop.

I felt like I was in Paradise here. You have exceeded all my expectations! I really appreciate your mastery of the art of yoga, and the meditations under the starry sky with bowls and gongs are something!

I had never been to these places before. I really enjoyed my time here. I have not regretted it for a second. Furthermore, I think Thailand is the perfect place for such retreats and spiritual practices.

You showed us so many beautiful places. We even spent the night in a lakeside cabin. And it was beautiful! It was a very active retreat for me. I don't know of any retreat like this in my entire practice.

This is where yoga opened up for me in an unexpected way. It was different every day, and it was good for me. Well, the gong is a separate topic... It is such a force and power, just nature merged with man!

It's always better to see a country with people who love it. I arrived earlier before the tour, 10 days in advance, and saw a lot of things. But what I saw with you, Roma and Olga, was much more interesting and, most importantly, tastier!

I've lived in Thailand for many years - it's my home. But I rediscovered Thailand with Roma and Olya. They showed me how beautiful it can be here in the morning practicing near the sea. Doing yoga every day for two weeks has only made me stronger.
On 6 March 2026, around 2:00–3:00 PM, we’ll meet on Koh Samui. We will pick up all participants either from Koh Samui Airport or from the ferry pier.
Getting to Koh Samui from Bangkok is quite easy—there are several convenient options:
1) Direct flight to Koh Samui
Cost: Tickets usually start from around 2,500–6,000 THB (about 70–170 USD), depending on the season and how early you book. In low season, you may find fares from 2,500 THB. Some sources cite a range of 100–300 USD. Travel time: About 1 hour. This is the fastest and most convenient option. Airlines: Bangkok Airways, Thai Airways, Lion Air, Nok Air.
2) Flight to Surat Thani + ferry
Cost: Around 1,500–3,000 THB for a combined ticket. Promotional fares to Surat Thani can start from 1,000 THB. Travel time: About 4–5 hours (1-hour flight, ~2 hours by bus to Donsak Pier, ~1.5 hours by ferry to Koh Samui). This is a more budget-friendly option. Airlines: AirAsia, Nok Air, Thai Lion Air fly to Surat Thani.
3) Train to Surat Thani + ferry
Cost: Train tickets from Bangkok to Surat Thani range from 20–50 USD (about 700–1,800 THB), plus the ferry cost. Travel time: 9–12 hours by train to Surat Thani, then about 1.5 hours by bus to the pier, and 1.5–2 hours by ferry to Koh Samui. Total travel time: 12–14 hours. This is a scenic, but longer option.
4) Bus to Surat Thani + ferry
Cost: A combined bus + ferry ticket costs 900–1,500 THB (about 25–40 USD). Travel time: Around 10–12 hours, including the ferry crossing. This is typically the most budget-friendly option.
Our yoga tour ends on Koh Tao. From there, you can take a ferry to nearby islands/mainland and continue to the closest airport or railway station. Travel time is typically about 1.5–2 hours, depending on your route and the pier you choose.

Just two steps—and you’re ready to join us on a spiritual journey of relaxation, beauty, and renewal. To book, simply submit an application and make a deposit.
Once we receive your application for the yoga tour, we confirm whether there are any spots available. If there is availability, you make the first deposit of EUR 1,000, which secures your place on the tour. We aim to respond to all applications within 12 hours.
A second deposit of EUR 800 is due 1 month before the start of the tour. The remaining balance is paid on the first day of the tour—either by transfer to the company account or in cash.
The deposit confirms your booking and secures your place on the yoga tour, as well as your accommodation at the villas and resorts that we reserve specifically for the retreat.
The deposit is non-refundable, because once your spot is confirmed, we transfer payments to the villas and resorts and hold your place—turning away other interested participants. However, we can refund the deposit if we are able to find another participant to take your spot.
If borders close or air travel is suspended/canceled, the deposit will be refunded minus any bank transfer fees (if applicable).
Before paying the deposit, we recommend reviewing the Disclaimer and the Public Offer Agreement to understand your level of responsibility during the trip and practices, as well as the Club’s responsibility.
It’s important to us to create a warm, comfortable group atmosphere. That’s why we do a pre-screening of participants at the deposit stage. During our messages and planning conversations, it usually becomes clear whether our values and interests align. Thanks to this approach, some participants stay in touch even after the retreat ends.
Each retreat participant also confirms that they are comfortable with early wake-ups and group spiritual practices.
You don’t need any special preparation to take part in the yoga tour. We adapt the practices for everyone, because we travel in small groups and can give each participant personal attention.
The pace of our retreat is calm and unhurried, so you’ll have time to rest, spend time on your own, and also connect with others—talking about topics you may not usually encounter in everyday life.
