In just 3 days, we will tell you where to get energy and teach you how to get rid of stress – simply, conveniently and effectively.

All three days we will learn the practice of special meditation, do yoga and sing a mantra. During this time, you will be able to restore the energy balance in the body and feel calm in the mind. The methods used have been proven by generations of yogis and have no side effects (when done correctly). All techniques are aimed at retaining and concentrating internal forces.

This program does not require special training and is therefore well suited for all ages. There are no religious ideas in the program, only pure work with your Mind and Consciousness.

During all three days, a teacher will be in touch with you, who will answer your questions.

This is a working way to restore your internal resources in a short time. For this, a small space where there are no strangers, a yoga mat, a meditation pillow and a blanket is enough.

We conduct an online vipassana retreat regularly. Since this is an individual practice, we are not tied to specific dates online. You decide your retreat dates, and also choose the number of days you are ready to immerse yourself in silence. Everything else we organize for you.

All of the above are opportunities that may open up before you, but you need to understand that we are all different, we all have different life circumstances and conditions, after all, we have different experiences! Accordingly, with what kind of “baggage” we begin the retreat of silence and silence, the time and effort that will be required to obtain the result that you came for will depend.

Most schools recommend taking 10 days of Vipassana every year. Also, different schools/traditions have different approaches to conducting vipassana.
