The skin word carried deep meaning and energy. And even our language is the same energy because we are constantly surging and not extinguished by this respect. After all, it has become everyday life.

Let’s take a look at what life is like for everyday people, like going to work, having a family, living basic social lives, and going to sleep. I will share with you 5 important reasons:
- Increased concentration and focus. The flow of everyday life is as simple as the Gorskaya River and it is necessary to maneuver in this world and quickly move from one task to another. This is one of today’s important new skills. Meditation is the main tool of cultivation; it helps you learn to take care of a large number of tasks and concentrate on what you need at that moment. This concentration must be maintained for a long time.
- Stress resistance. The WHO recently began to note that mental illnesses have begun to spread to cardiovascular diseases and oncology throughout the world. Therefore, stress resistance is lost in our head, to preserve a healthy psyche and not waste “the ground under our feet.” After undergoing training, stress resistance improves significantly.
- The development of humility in the mind. Vipassana helps us become more gentle and friendly to the point that we are close to ourselves, to those people who will take us away. Behind the results of practice in many participants is the prefrontal cortex of the brain, which regulates our neuroplasticity, flexibility, and youth. Such changes themselves physically confirm those that we are beginning to develop.
- Going beyond the social matrix. What does this mean? The Matrix is the social mind in which we place ourselves. We take on a great number of social roles: mother, dad, boss, man, squad, child. Not only are we forced to play a role, but the social environment also dictates to us how to play a role. In the hour of passing, it is possible to leave this matrix, to put yourself in the middle, to understand what roles I am ready to take on, brothers, and what I am not ready to do, to be aware of choosing and putting those aspects as you want to appear in it and other roles. As you feel in a singing vacuum, as if everything is mundane for you and repeats itself, as if you are spinning like a squirrel in a wheel, and cannot escape from this moment, you are definitely on the passana.
- You have stopped enjoying life. Do you remember how happy children are when they play with a toy so many times? The axis of such inner joy helps to turn vipasana.
- If you no longer have any sense of what you are trying to do, if you have already forgotten, then you have to come to the rescue. It cleanses your brain of all things that are not needed and reformats, after which you remove everything that comes to light in another light.
The very same vipassana allows the tension to crumble further. Therefore, if we miss the middle, we begin to understand what our place is what role we want to play, and how.
Quite often, participants in the workshop feel a boom in internal creativity and creative ideas. Before speaking, people come to practice not to learn for themselves but to re-engineer their wand ork, acquire new ideas, and newpossibilities.

How to choose vipasana
Today you can find different forms of payment on the market: both online and offline (live) formats. Where do you rely on your resources and capabilities – the awareness of the hour, the ability to go where, the ability to survive, which is comparable to the level of minds of living and eating? There are different formats, different schools, and different methods of teaching.
Vipassana means the bath of speech such as it is, the bath of reality such as it is. From the very beginning, the method for developing self-knowledge is described in the Polish canon. This is a sacred letter that describes the life of Buddha and also reveals his destiny.
Buddha, having laid down one of the important principles in Vipassana, that the light is impermanent, will change. Once you accept it, you begin to joke about this stability in yourself. Vipassana allows us to become aware, accept, and go deep into the middle to discover the stability and core of joy that lies within us.
Today you can know several methods for conducting meditation. All these methods are supported by one important mind – Mauna, which means mentality. In all baking methods, it is recommended to save washing. The most advanced methods:
- Vipassana according to Goentsi. This school was expanded in 1969 by businessman Goenka, who began with a Burmese Chinese. This method was modernized and transferred from the traditional lay people. Until this time, I was a victor only in monasteries.
- Vipassana follows the Mikhasi-Sayado method. This is the Buddhist black people, who also experienced increased cultivation, both in Asia and in the Western world.
- Gallop School. Emphasize analytical reflection on the Buddha’s beliefs.
There are also improved methods of conducting sanitization. They are also grounded in the techniques given by the Buddha, as well as the addition of speech, to facilitate the passage of unprepared daily people.

Is it possible to undergo vipassana without preparation?
It is not difficult to go through vipasana and it can damage your skin. So, it is necessary to report the singing music, but it is possible for any age. I often exclude nutrition from people who are planning to come to Vipassana: “What should I do if I don’t see, I can’t sit for so many years in meditation?” But after the classics, under the hour of meditation, you cannot collapse, but this does not mean that if your legs are numb, your back is sick, you need to sit and suffer. So, you won’t be able to concentrate, you will focus on the sensations in your body.
Since we practice more daily methods of burning, they are allowed to change the intersection of the legs, if the stinks have become numb. Since it is important to sit with a straight back, you can sit on the surface. And people who can only meditate while sitting at a table. Come on, try to meditate and not get caught up in the practice because you can’t sit with your back straight.
Therefore, everything is possible and not difficult, especially if you work in a team of other participants. You will always feel encouraged that you are not alone.
Vipassana does not carry with it any religious background, which can be experienced by people with any religious background. After 1000 years of practice, you are still deprived of the necessary tools for self-knowledge
