Spiritual tour to Kailash

The modern world offers thousands of ways to escape from yourself. But there is a place on Earth that opens the way “to yourself.”

This mountain leaves no one indifferent. Some find answers there to questions they have carried within themselves for years. Some find the strength to move on after a difficult period in their lives. Some simply understand who they really are, without masks or roles. But one thing remains unchanged — after Kailash, life is divided into “before” and “after.”

We have created this route for those who are ready for a real journey — not a geographical one, but an inner one. For those who feel it is time to meet their true selves. Kailash will do the rest.

The Philosophy of Sacred Kailash

The mountain that changes people forever

Here, at an altitude of over 5,000 meters, where oxygen is scarce and the cold wind cuts like a knife, the impossible happens — people encounter their true selves. It is no coincidence that the four great religions of the world consider this mountain to be the center of the universe.

You will meet many pilgrims in these places. There are no easy walks here. There are no beautiful hotels — only the harsh beauty of high-altitude Tibet.

Here you can find something that cannot be found anywhere else — the opportunity to walk the path that sages and pilgrims have walked for millennia.

Kailash provides answers to many questions. The main one is: who are you when you are alone with infinity? Here, where the earth touches the sky and every step requires the will to overcome, a person discovers within themselves what city life reliably hides — true strength of spirit.

This path is for those who

Are searching for answers, understanding that true wisdom comes from personal experience
Are ready to make an effort—both physical and internal—to encounter something greater than everyday life
Want to touch an ancient tradition — with respect, humility, and an open heart
Are open to real change, not just vivid impressions

Organizers of spiritual tours

Let’s build a path to a better version of ourselves together. We adapt classes and practices to the level of preparation of each participant in our spiritual journeys so that you feel comfortable practicing.

Roman Teos

Each of us has the chance to explore the Universe and the essence of existence through working with our body and consciousness. I constantly learn from different teachers around the world, and by channeling the flow of their knowledge, experience, and energy through myself, I pass my own experience forward to contribute to the development of this Universe.

Olya Amitara

Yoga is the path of my development, along which I gather different tools (aromatherapy, sound therapy, nutrition), gradually filling my journey with deeper meanings. I am incredibly excited to continue moving along my path with all my baggage, meeting other bright souls who are heading the same way as I am.

What awaits us on the spiritual tour to Kailash

The gateway to the sacred world

Meditation on an ancient stupa, where pilgrims have prayed for thousands of years. In the cave of the great teacher, we will feel the energy of the one who brought Buddhism to Tibet.

Monasteries of the great teachers

We will touch the legacy of enlightened teachers. We will visit places where great yogis meditated in caves for years. These places are not visited — they are served.

Tantric Buddhism

Let us immerse ourselves in the history of the development of Buddhism in Tibet and visit places of historical significance to Tibetan culture, history, and Buddhism.

Waters of purification

Let us descend to the sacred Lake Manasarovar, where Parvati, the wife of Shiva, spends her time. According to legend, these waters can wash away the karma of a thousand lives.

Kora — the path of transformation

We will make an external circumambulation around the center of the world. 52 kilometers that change a person forever. We will meditate in ancient monasteries along the way. We will stop at the North Face to approach the main entrance to the Energy of Kailash.

Careful adaptation to altitude

The Dolma La Pass at an altitude of 5,740 meters is a challenge for the body. To pass it safely, the entire route is built on the principle of competent acclimatization.

Accommodation during the spiritual tour

During the spiritual tour, we will mainly stay in 4* hotels in Kathmandu and Tibet. During the trek through the Langtang Valley, conditions will be very basic — clean and modest guesthouses where we can spend the night and recharge our batteries before the next day in the mountains.

We will be travelling a lot, but the itinerary is planned so that we can stay in one place for 2–3 days. This allows the body to adapt more easily to the altitude and recover, whilst the nervous system can rest and focus on inner work.

Questions

What level of fitness is required for the tour?

The route requires a good level of fitness. The trek covers 52 km at an altitude of 4,500–5,700 metres, with significant elevation changes and thin air. It is recommended to start training 2–3 months in advance: regular walks, yoga and cardio exercises.

How can you cope with altitude sickness?

The programme is designed to allow for gradual acclimatisation. We take our time and make stops to allow your body to adjust. It is important to drink plenty of water, not to overeat, and to listen to your body. Insurance covering altitudes up to 6,000 metres is mandatory.

How to pay?

A deposit of €1,000 is payable at the time of booking.

The remaining balance for the Kailash tour is payable on arrival in Kathmandu, on the first day of the tour.

The deposit serves as confirmation of your place on the tour.

The deposit is non-refundable, as we reserve a place for you in the group and turn away other applicants. However, we will be able to refund the deposit if we find another participant to take your place. In the event of border closures or flight cancellations, the deposit will be refunded (minus any bank transfer fees, if applicable).

Before making the deposit, we recommend that you read the Disclaimer and the Offer Agreement to understand the extent of your responsibility during the trip and your activities with us, as well as the Club’s liability.

What documents are required for the trip?

A passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip
A Chinese group visa (to be obtained in Kathmandu)
A Nepalese visa (to be obtained on arrival at Kathmandu Airport)
How is the Chinese visa obtained?
The Chinese group visa is processed centrally in Kathmandu. To do this, you must arrive in Kathmandu no later than 14 September 2026. The visa processing fee is €110 (paid separately from the tour price).

Is it possible to skip the trek to Kora?

The Kora is the central part of the pilgrimage. If you are not physically or spiritually prepared for this, this tour may not be for you. There is no option to stay at base camp – the group moves on together.

Is there mobile coverage and internet access in Tibet?

Mobile coverage is unreliable or non-existent. Internet access is available in major cities, but not along the entire route. This offers an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and immerse yourself in your practice.
