Hatha yoga is a path of self-knowledge and spiritual development.
In the modern world, any yoga is a certain complex system of exercises aimed at strengthening the body and spirit. Of all the existing styles of yoga, only one is considered a certain kind of “classic” in yoga – this is hatha yoga.
Other styles of yoga are based on hatha yoga and have their own additional specifics and features. Some styles have a specific sequence of asanas, such as Ashtanga yoga. Others are the features of breathing, speed, complexity, concentration, etc.
Hatha yoga is suitable for all levels of practice, from beginners to advanced yogis.
The level of your practice of hatha yoga can be adjusted in many ways:
Yoga is for everyone, no matter how you look, how old you are, how you dress, how much you weigh, what you do for a living, where you live or what religion you practice.
In hatha yoga classes, we effectively combine proper breathing with body movements. Through breathing, you can release tension in the body or go into a deeper position in the asana. Proper breathing helps to painlessly change the position of the body without leading to injury.

Through control of your body, you can learn to control your mind. The more conscious our actions become, the easier it is for us to control our mind. Through mindfulness, we develop concentration, calmness and become less prone to stress.
The mind is where the attention is. Attention is where thoughts are. Thoughts are where the energy is. Working with our energy, we unwind this whole chain of relationships in the opposite direction and control our mind through the refinement and raising of internal energy. This skill is developed through external and internal points of concentration, various purification techniques and visualization.

If you do not listen to your body and overestimate your physical capabilities of the body, it is easy to get injured in yoga. The desire to perfectly perform this or that asana should be in second place. Safety and comfort should come first! In the classroom, we ask our trainees to put in up to 70% of their efforts. Such a careful and rational approach to yoga makes it possible to move forward in your practice systematically and without injury.
Classes are taught by two yoga instructors, which provides a different approach to both practice and adjustments of asanas. We devote a lot of time to individual adjustment of asanas and explaining the therapeutic effects of performing various complexes in yoga based on hatha yoga, and we always focus on the group in the selection of a complex for a lesson. This provides variety and a sound approach to practice.

The duration of the morning practice of hatha yoga in the Club varies from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. On weekends, classes are usually longer. We have several groups that work both weekdays and weekends. Trial sessions or short warm-ups can be found on our YouTube channel. Thus, you can try yoga with us at home at a convenient time for you. We will also be glad to see you in our online classes.
