"Silent restart" - one-day online program
Technique of meditative balancing of emotions and harmonization of thoughts.

During the whole day we will meditate, practice yoga, sing a mantra. One day you have a complete rest from the whole world. Overload your central nervous system in a safe mode and get harmony and peace of mind as a result. All techniques are aimed at working with the internal resources of the subtle and physical body. No religious ideas, pure work on your Mind and Consciousness.
A teacher will be in touch with you all day long, who will be able to answer any questions you may have.
This is a proven way to ground yourself in the speed of modern life. For this, a small space where there are no strangers, a yoga mat, a meditation pillow and a blanket is enough.
At its core, this is a short vipassana. Techniques that have stood the test of time. You can learn more about this practice here.
For a long time, we conducted online vipassana for “donation” at the discretion of the retreat participants. However, many people did not take their vipassana seriously and after registration did not go through the retreat.
Often this approach is the result of free knowledge, when people do not value it, and as a result such knowledge does not bring them any benefit.
Therefore, in order to weed out those who do not really need Vipassana, and so that we can focus on supporting those who are serious about their development and who ask eternal questions like “What is the meaning of my life?”, We continue to offer this retreat for donation, but with a minimum size of 5€.
When a retreat participant pays even a very small amount, this obliges him to take his choice and decision to undergo vipassana more seriously. Money is a form of energy that motivates a person to finish what they started.

We conduct an online vipassana retreat regularly. Since this is an individual practice, we are not tied to specific dates online. You decide your retreat dates, and also choose the number of days you are ready to immerse yourself in silence. Everything else we organize for you.
All of the above are opportunities that may open up before you, but you need to understand that we are all different, we all have different life circumstances and conditions, after all, we have different experiences! Accordingly, with what kind of “baggage” we begin the retreat of silence and silence, the time and effort that will be required to obtain the result that you came for will depend.
Most schools recommend taking 10 days of Vipassana every year. Also, different schools/traditions have different approaches to conducting vipassana.
In our Yoga Hub Club, we apply a adapted to modern realities approach to Vipassana, giving retreat participants the opportunity to have shorter options, and also combining within the retreat not only the practice of concentration and meditation, but also hatha yoga and pranayama. In our experience, a set of specially selected different techniques as part of a Vipassana retreat allows practitioners to dive deeper into themselves and move to a qualitatively different level of meditation.
When you are extremely tired. If you have ceased to feel the taste of life and are lost in the cycle of repetitive events, then it’s time to reboot and gain strength. For this, special techniques and a sequence of execution have been developed.

In addition, the place of the retreat does not always correspond to the desires and capabilities of the person. You also need to understand that a vipassana retreat is an individual work of a person on himself. Some find it harder to withdraw into themselves when there are other people around. Often this is distracting and creates additional obstacles in their path as part of the retreat.
For such cases, when a person wants to retire, does not want to go anywhere with a group of other people and wants to go through vipassana at a convenient time for himself, we have prepared the opportunity to go through a retreat of silence and stillness in the online format.
This retreat can be done by anyone who wants to bring happiness, balance and harmony into their lives. No previous experience in yoga or meditation is required. The teachers of our club will give you detailed instructions and techniques as you immerse yourself in the Vipassana retreat. Your practice will gradually deepen, calming and balancing your mind.
If you prefer retreats in the format of outdoor events, check out the group retreats scheduled in our club.
Before you plunge headlong into the practice, you should figure out how to prepare for the online vipassana. You should not assume that everything will be told to you in the process and somehow it will turn out. In practice, things look different. Many years of experience in conducting Vipassana shows that those who have prepared for Vipassana have many times better results!
Yes, we will tell you everything in detail directly on Vipassana, we will provide all the necessary instructions in printed and video format. Also, before each practice, the teacher will pronounce important nuances, but this is not a trip to the cinema or an all-inclusive vacation.
Online Vipassana is when you are left alone with yourself, and the more understanding of the process, the more effective the results.
Our Mind is used to working according to certain algorithms. When the Mind imagines a general picture of upcoming events, then it spends less resources. It has been scientifically proven that with increased work of the brain (especially during the process of studying), our brain spends up to 60% of the total energy of the whole organism. And one of the main tasks in Vipassana is the accumulation of energy and internal work with it.
The guys who went through vipassana for the second time noted a very strong progress, which is connected precisely with the fact that you understand the basic processes and you have more time to know yourself.
First of all, it is the preparation of personal space. Everything around you should be comfortable and properly arranged:
