Vernal Equinox 2026: The “Ancestral Balance Formula” Ritual

Формула Родового Баланс

We’re standing at the threshold of a special moment

On March 20, 2026, the Earth quite literally pauses. Day and night become equal in length, nature enters a state of perfect equilibrium—and this isn’t just pretty astronomy. In the Vedic tradition, it’s the New Year: a reset point when old karma loses its density, and reality becomes remarkably malleable for new intentions.

Simply put: right now, it’s easier than at any other time of the year to let go of what pulls you back and to plant the seeds of what you want to grow. This is a window. And it would be a shame to miss it.

Olya and I invite you to a live ritual, “Ancestral Balance Formula”—a special gathering we hold specifically on the day of the vernal equinox. Together, we’ll do a systemic revision of your life architecture using four pillars:

  • Spiritual development — connection to higher meaning
  • Physical body — the temple of your energy and biochemistry
  • Intellectual development — sharpness of mind and clarity of logic
  • Social sphere — mastery of relationships and your expression in the world

Genetics and Karma: why do we look at our parents?

Генетика и Карма

Modern science calls it epigenetic memory—the body’s ability to carry behavioral traces of previous generations. The Vedas speak about the same thing in different language: we are a continuation of our mother’s and father’s energetic patterns. And here’s what matters: many of our “weak spots” in balance aren’t actually ours. They are unfinished tasks or habits unconsciously inherited from the ancestral field.

In the Vedic system, the mother is the feminine pole, the energy of the Moon, Ida (left channel: intuition, receptivity). The father is the masculine pole, the energy of the Sun, Pingala (right channel: action, will). In our meeting, we’ll examine parental patterns through the lens of the four spheres—and you’ll begin to see “ancestral deficits”:

  • Where did they lose stability?
  • In which sphere was there an imbalance you’re unconsciously copying?

By comparing their path with yours, you won’t create a copy—you’ll create an updated version: your personal balance formula. This may be one of the most honest and precise pieces of inner work you can do.

How our gathering will unfold

Энергия в теле легко входит в Сушумну

Before we move to the steps, the context matters. In Tantra, the equinox is the moment when energy in the body can easily enter Sushumna, the central channel. Ida and Pingala come into balance within us, and on the macrocosmic level the Earth equalizes its electromagnetic potential relative to the Sun. That’s why old patterns release more easily during these days, and new intentions root more deeply. This isn’t a metaphor—it’s a mechanism. And we use it consciously.

Pattern analysis: the balance model and numerology

We’ll begin with clear, sober analysis. Together we’ll map your parents’ patterns across each of the four spheres and compare them with your own behavioral models.

Then we’ll add the Soul Number (birth day)—yours and your parents’. This helps reveal the core vibrations and archetypal tasks encoded at birth. The numbers will make it visible why, for example, an “intellectual” father might completely neglect the “social” sphere—and how that numerical influence still affects your ability to hold equilibrium.

Pranayama: tuning the biological instrument

For logical conclusions to become deep realization, we first need to balance the nervous system. We’ll practice Nadi Shodhana pranayama—harmonizing the flows of Ida (the maternal aspect) and Pingala (the paternal aspect) within your body. We will literally “stitch” the two hemispheres together so you can see your life as a whole—without distortion and without old resentment.

Meditation: quantum sowing

When the body is relaxed and the nervous system is balanced, we’ll enter a state of deep calm—and here we’ll anchor the new balance formula in the subconscious. This isn’t just visualization. It’s the moment you make a conscious decision about who you become next. You’ll see yourself not as a victim of past habits, but as an architect who takes the best from the roots and deliberately cuts away what’s unnecessary.

Fire and Earth Alchemy

The ritual’s completion is the transition from subtle to dense—from intention to matter. Here the abstract becomes physical.

  • A sheet of paper — the carrier of your old scenario and your new formula
  • Fire — transforms information into pure energy, into ash
  • Earth and seeds — the ash of your parents’ old habits and your own misconceptions becomes fertilizer for your future

When you plant a seed, you are literally programming matter. As that sprout grows, balance will strengthen in your life—in the spiritual, physical, intellectual, and social worlds.

The equinox is only the beginning

This ritual is one of the most powerful of the year. But the Vedic calendar is full of such windows—moments when the sky, nature, and your inner state align into a single point of power. Over years of work with hundreds of people, we’ve seen it clearly: those who do these practices at the right time and with awareness move differently—faster, steadier, with fewer losses.

That’s why we gathered all the key rituals of the year in one place—so you don’t miss any important window and can move through them with live guidance.
