The goal of online vipassana is to see harmony within yourself and learn how to live in this state. Vipassana can help you go deeper into the process of opening and understanding your inner and outer world.
Determine the place where you will undergo vipassana. It is desirable that it be a quiet place with minimal external sounds. If you decide to go on a retreat in your own home, where several other people live, then be prepared for the fact that it will not be easy for you and for them. As a practitioner, it will be much more difficult for you to immerse yourself in silence and practice – the habits of daily life will constantly be distracting. It will be difficult for your loved ones not to distract you due to the habit and desire to communicate.
Prepare a comfortable place for meditation, pranayama and yoga. Since there will be many practices, it is very important that there is a comfortable place to practice. For meditation and pranayama, this should be a cozy place with a blanket and plenty of pillows. For yoga – a free place for practice measuring 2×2 meters.
A mandatory rule during the retreat is a complete disconnection from social life. This means that you undertake not to access social networks and the Internet, you will not read newspapers and magazines and watch TV. Since our retreat is online, you will not be able to turn off all devices. You will need to leave at least one tool for contacting the organizers of the Vipassana retreat – it can be either a phone or a computer. At the same time, you will use this device only for practices during the retreat, as well as for communication with the organizers. Warn relatives / friends / relatives / at work that you will not be contacted for a while. For cases of force majeure, you can ask them to contact either someone you can rely on and be sure that he will not disturb you “for nothing”, or with the organizers of vipassana.
Think about where you will eat. The main thing that you will need to follow is a vegetarian (or vegan) diet without meat and eggs. You can, of course, cook your own meals if needed. Think in advance what products you will need for this, and try to make it simple food, the preparation of which will not require much time and effort on your part. Otherwise, it will be one of the distractions that your mind will gladly switch to. Focusing on food is easier than focusing on your inner measure, and the mind knows it!
Determine the purpose of your vipassana
Whatever you do in your life, it is always important to understand why you are doing it. What do you want to achieve? As part of Vipassana, it is also recommended to determine the goal. Why do you need to work smart, what are your expectations? Do you want to find peace and clarity of mind or learn to control anger or greed? Maybe you lack steady concentration at work? Or do you want to learn how to be joyful and content with what you have? Everyone has a different goal of vipassana! Try to decide on your goal before starting the retreat. The best goal is a goal formed in your own words, passed through yourself. The goal may change. The most important thing is to have a goal. This helps you and your mind in going through the retreat.
We all know that it is very difficult to force yourself to do it! All the time there are some external circumstances that distract. Therefore, one of the most important tasks that we set for ourselves during the online retreat is strict adherence to the schedule for the implementation of all practices. Since most people come to Vipassana with a sufficient level of awareness, before starting the retreat, we recommend that you enter all Vipassana practices by the hour into your calendar on your phone, computer or smart watch. This process will take the participant 5 minutes, and from the point of view of the retreat, it will be a very important assistant in the implementation of the daily routine.
The schedule of practices in Vipassana is thought out to the smallest detail and is essential for the inner immersion of the practitioner. Therefore, even before the start of the retreat, it is important for each participant to agree with himself on the implementation of this mode.
It is very important that online retreat participants stick to the schedule. This requires discipline and self-organization. We recommend setting reminders for each practice in your calendar. During the first days, retreat participants get used to the new routine. In a few days, the body itself will remind you when the next practice will be.

Silence of the body, speech and mind for the accumulation of energy and effective immersion in oneself. Outer silence is the first step towards inner silence. Through speech, little people lose a significant part of their vital energy. Mauna helps to avoid unnecessary energy expenditure for deeper self-knowledge.
To stop the mental flow and immerse yourself in order to know yourself and the world as it really is. With the help of meditation, we learn to conquer our mind, to control it. This is the door to the real self, to the real self - without embellishments and self-deception. We will meditate both in a sitting position and in motion - while walking.
To cleanse the energy channels. It is believed that the one who controls his breath controls his life. Breathing techniques develop a high level of concentration, thus slowing down thought processes. Gradually, such techniques help to reveal new levels of understanding of the world order and being.
To liberate the hip joints and clamps in the body. The practice of yoga helps to prepare the body for prolonged sitting in one position. Iyengar said: "In order to control your mind, you must first learn to control your body." In the usual rhythm of life, few of us pay due attention to the strengthening and development of our body. This brings a lot of discomfort and distraction during meditation. Therefore, within the framework of the retreat, we work with our body daily.
To purify the mind and tune your consciousness to a blissful wave. Om is the universal highest mantra. This mantra is not involved in any of the religious denominations and is considered the original, very first sound from which the entire Universe arose.

You have the option to choose the most suitable number of days for your Silence and Silence Retreat – 1 day, 3 days or 7 days. Depending on how many days you practice, as well as on the state of your mind and body at the time you started vipassana, you can get different results:
For a long time, we conducted online vipassana for “donation” at the discretion of the retreat participants. However, many people did not take their vipassana seriously and after registration did not go through the retreat.
Often this approach is the result of free knowledge, when people do not value it, and as a result such knowledge does not bring them any benefit.
Therefore, in order to weed out those who do not really need Vipassana, and so that we can focus on supporting those who are serious about their development and who ask eternal questions like “What is the meaning of my life?”, We continue to offer this retreat for donation, but with a minimum size of 5€.
When a retreat participant pays even a very small amount, this obliges him to take his choice and decision to undergo vipassana more seriously. Money is a form of energy that motivates a person to finish what they started.
We conduct an online vipassana retreat regularly. Since this is an individual practice, we are not tied to specific dates online. You decide your retreat dates, and also choose the number of days you are ready to immerse yourself in silence. Everything else we organize for you.
All of the above are opportunities that may open up before you, but you need to understand that we are all different, we all have different life circumstances and conditions, after all, we have different experiences! Accordingly, with what kind of “baggage” we begin the retreat of silence and silence, the time and effort that will be required to obtain the result that you came for will depend.
Most schools recommend taking 10 days of Vipassana every year. Also, different schools/traditions have different approaches to conducting vipassana.
In our Yoga Hub Club, we apply a adapted to modern realities approach to Vipassana, giving retreat participants the opportunity to have shorter options, and also combining within the retreat not only the practice of concentration and meditation, but also hatha yoga and pranayama. In our experience, a set of specially selected different techniques as part of a Vipassana retreat allows practitioners to dive deeper into themselves and move to a qualitatively different level of meditation.
Certified yoga instructor, qi gong teacher and vedic astrologer. Works on a comprehensive system of a healthy, fulfilling and happy life.
Certified Ayurveda consultant, nutritionist and yoga instructor. Experiments by developing applicable healthy lifestyle habits.
We attach importance to constant communication with the participants of the retreat. Every day at Vipassana, we have several scheduled instructional videos with additional explanations for practitioners. The purpose of these videos is to immerse the practitioner in the practices gradually, giving more and more introductory helping information at each stage. We are constantly in touch with the participants of the retreat. They always have the opportunity to ask us questions that arise during the practice in order to move on.
