Qigong is an ancient Chinese method for controlling your body through energy. We offer different qigong techniques, depending on the participants in the class and the energy that the group needs to work through. On the class we pay a lot of attention to improvement of the internal organs condition.

Yoga classes for kids are a playful way to read books, compose and show fairy tales, gradually plunge into the world of yoga, learn to breathe in different ways, sing songs and play games together in the language of yoga.

In just 8 days and 19 lessons we take you from theory to body-restoring practices in an easy and accessible system of knowledge from short lectures and effective practices. You’ll receive a complete knowledge basement and rebuild your body so that you can do yoga at home, in the gym or online safely and with full understanding of its meaning.

I'm Ivan and I’m a children football coach. I think yoga is very important for young football players - it can help to find good balance between move and breath.
